    Great location near Jevahir Mall. Breakfast options are decent, covering various tastes.

    Old room facilities needing care, particularly with broken bathroom fixtures. Wi-Fi service is virtually non-functional. The gym is cramped, lacking equipment and with an uncomfortable vibe from staff. Noticeable noise from repairs interrupts peace at all hours.

    The entire hotel radiated cleanliness. It felt immaculate throughout my stay! The spacious Superior Double Room was comforting and perfect for my family. I especially loved the panoramic views from the rooftop health center.

    Despite having arrived at midnight, waiters were more than happy to serve us a meal.

    Whilst I was given a suite (without asking for one) and for a very reasonable rate, the decor was a bit old. I noticed other rooms had been modernised.

    The location is decent for getting to

    Various attractions and is near shopping options, but media connections could be better. Mr Özgür and the staff were always helpful and kind. The breakfast offerings were a highlight, though the metro option is slightly distant.

    Staff were very good and friendly, shows interest,smiling alll times, room was big and clean, all services were available.

    The only matter which was missing is a tv in the bedroom but once we called them they immediately changed our room with another one.

    Isil the person in charge of guest relations during the day was very helpful. The pool and area around it were very nice.

    I wanted to know how much a local call from the room's phone would cost so I dialed '9' as it said on the card. The gentleman who answered didn't know but said it was 'so cheap' and insisted nobody knew. So I asked to speak to the manager. He said it was 1.5 Turkish lira a minute. This is not cheap as it is almost $1.00 Cdn or us a minute! Good thing I didn't use the phone as I was going to talk more than an hour. I got my friends to phone me so it would not cost me anything but I was also told that there was no pay phone in the hotel. So I went outside around midnight 3 times to phone my friends to phone me. The next day I saw a pay phone in the hotel so they were giving me wrong information on that.
